ELYSE M. SULLIVAN |
|
Elyse has lived in
Willington since 1997 with her husband John. She and her husband John have a
daughter, Molly age four and their chocolate lab
Colorful.
She went to college
and received a BS degree in Occupational Safety from University of New
Hampshire, Keene State College. She later went on to receive her MA in
Business Administration from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Hartford,
CT. She worked for many years in the fields of manufacturing and insurance
as a Loss Prevention consultant. She currently works for Regional Reporting
Inc. a Loss Prevention outsourcing company, in National Quality Control.
She
attended the University of Connecticut, Cooperative Extension System
College of Agriculture and Natural Resources and obtained her Master
Gardener certificate.
Elyse served on the
board of the Willington Nursery Cooperative from 2005-2007.
She welcomes the
opportunity of serving her community on the Willington Library board.
Her ideas include establishing a program for ongoing purchases of new books;
improve and provide programming for all ages; increase inter-library loans;
and develop a marketing strategy for the library and its programs.
